Brandi passante was a star in reality television when she appeared on the A&E reality program "Storage Wars". The show also featured her husband Jarrod who is now her husband along with her husband Jarrod. It catapulted the two to mainstream fame. The show auctions off items in lockers that have rent that isn't paid for in three months. Brandi and Jarrod, who run and operate the 'Now and Then thrift shop in Orange, California, participated in the show in the hope of purchasing storage units at low costs. They were shocked to them that they would become reality stars. The show was a success because the couple, who were very tactful with their biddings throughout the episode were able to become stars. The success of the reality show helped boost their business and allowed them to open another shop in addition to the shop they already ran. They were also the stars of a spin-off show called 'Brandi & JARROD Married to the Job.'
